This ten song set showcases Ambient and Worldbeat influences on tracks like "Sitar Dance and "21st Century". Also on this CD, a 3 song memorial to the victims of the 911 disaster.

The latest release from electronic music producer EM (aka Jim Konen). Twelve tracks of modern Ambient melodies interspersed with deftly played "Grooves n' Guitars" an EM trademark.

Beginning with a clear mind and a new hardrive producer "mrbotty" has a preference for the cerebral. Minimalist grooves unfold into improvised soundscapes tagging the listener into a deep listening voyage. "So much of the music we listen to is designed for the lower half of the body. I wanted to go direct to where it all begins, the brain!"

One afternoon back in May of 2001. keyboardist Dick Metcalf (aka Rotcod Zzaj) and guitarist Jim Konen (aka mrbotty) got together for a afternoon session and this is the result. These two created an electronic soundscape and soon became part of it. Is it Jazz? Is it Electronica? Some new form of improv?.... Listen and learn!

The textures in this experiment are derived from a combination of software and hardware "looping devices" used to capture and "loop" bits of sound the artist takes to "sclupt" the music into it's desired shape.

"Fezzy" sets down solid roots in the land of groove while injecting elements musical humor. The humor of the groove comes around a lot.
